Reservation - Complaint
My complaint is that customer service was horrible. I first chat with service representative who could have said not able to help. Instead, directed me to escal to then transfer to a higher up only to be told not able to help. The higher I ask why didn't the first person say I not able to help. The higher says you didn't have to hold that was your option the tone was not customer friendly. Wouldn't hang up talked over me. I explain I had a death in my family I need a better hotel stay after reading the review just didn't sound like some place I need to stay at this time . Just wanted option .
