ON LINE -- I booked a last minute trip to Vegas. We decided on going with Expedia because their package included show tickets. It was difficult to get the show tickets booked. When I was in Vegas I tried again to get the tickets booked and again couldn't. I called Expedia to get help, boy was I naive, after 20 minutes of the run around I was passed up to a supervisor, who told to pay for the tickets myself and fax the receipt to them and they would reimburse me, by doing a charge back to my credit card. So I did, and sent the fax that day from the hotel. I expected that if would take some time for the charge back to show on my credit and boy was I right, after a month and a half, still no charge back. I believe I was lied to, just to get me off the phone and Expedia never had any intention of doing what they said.
So bottom line is Expedia does not honor their agreements and have no concern for their customers.
