Iyogi - They Mess Up My PC Then Tell Me I Should Buy More Things They Sell

INDIA -- Some of the techs are very helpful nice that will do their best to help you with anything. Then some of them always wants you to buy things. They would give you off of free sites a few years back. With so many people working in your PC and they all have their ways of doing the same thing that can get you very mixed up . Some will rush you very fast that I forget things I needed fixed I only talk in English and a lot of them talk some other language, where at times they just guess at when you are trying to tell them.

I have sat here over 15 hours with Iyogi tech helping me to fix my computer. I have had where my PC was so mixed up that I had to take it to a PC shop here that cost me over $100.00 hundred US dollars. Then Iyogi told me they would give me 3 months free but when I came to use the 3 months they had troubles . This place is full of mix ups and wants more money from you. I had troubles on my PC, they worked on It for a few hours then said in three days they would call me back that is a different time zone. So, the guy from Iyogi told me I needed some things I was not told to have so I would be ready as they was calling when I would be sleeping. I felt the tech was giving me a hard time. So, I told him to just forget it and hung up. A few days later they called me back at 7 am when I am a night person that got me up . Trying to say he did not do anything wrong that made me very up set where I told him off when I was half a sleep. But, to be fair I did get to know some very nice helping techs but to be a member the price keeps changes and they want you to join for more then one year . This is a very hard place to get help from.......
