Enegery plus - After receiving parts for my air unit 1 week, canceled the call because of a very rude office MGR.

MURRITA, CALIFORNIA -- AHS schedule a service call with Energy plus out of Murrieta CA.They ordered the part on Monday after coming out on Sat. the part came in on the next Thurs. she tried to schedule on Thurs for Friday. because she didn't reach the tenant in 5 min she called me to schedule and I told her the tenant would call her back in a few min, she just canceled the call, the lady had a bad attitude on the phone and this is one vendor I suggest no one use in the future.

I was a very unhappy customer and had to get someone though AHS to service me, which the call was taken care of in 2 business days.

I have been a AHS customer over 25 yrs.
