- Did Not Get Service That Was Paid for in Full

KENT, OHIO -- My son is home on leave and we were coming to OH to meet his fiancée's family so we used to reserve rooms. Our Money was taken out of the account and we were sent the confirmation for the room. We had to stop on the way for emergency at the hospital but called the hotel to let them know we would be checking late at night but we knew the room would be held until 7 am the next day.

After traveling 4 more hours after the long ER hospital stay we get to our room and we walk into our room after a long, tired drive and there is only ONE bed. We were to have 2 double beds! I go to the desk and it shows on their file ONE king bed.. I show them my confirmation page of ONE double room. I get online and check my confirmation with and They have CHANGED my reservation to ONE king... I am traveling with my Adult son and his fiancée, I do not want to share a bed with them. The hotel is NOT as described and Not even the same pictured on their site.. Very 'itchy looking'.

So they bring a roll away bed.. held together with a bungee strap and the bottom is stained with probably MOLD from all the people who have P*ssed on it! I paid a week ADVANCE for this Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to wait for the manager to get here to talk to them.. Reservation Complaint is not opened for another hour and I have sat up ALL night in a room I have paid to sleep in! Not even a couch or love seat to sit on!! Just a office chair!
