Click Mexicana Informative - Lack of response to complaints

CANCUN, MINNESOTA -- I will never fly Click Mexicana again. My digital camera ($325 value) was stolen from my checked luggage while in their airline's car en route from Cancun to Havana (January 21, 2006). We were double-charged for our tickets because our original tickets didn't show up in time. Most airlines charge a lost-ticket fee, which we would have been more than happy to pay. But it was ridiculous to charge us for four seats when we used only two. The flight wasn't even full. The flights were late. But worst of all, a complaint letter I wrote after I got back on January 28 was never answered, nor were my e-mails. My travel agency also wrote to Click Mexicana with the same results. I read that this airline was being sold, and now it seems as if they don't care about retaining customers. I'm telling everyone I can not to use this airline, because it doesn't value its customers.

I agree. I have a $775 credit with this airline and they only want to give me a $575 voucher--and I had to twist their arm to do that! I'll never do business with this airline again.
