Lazyboy Customer Warranty Service - Extended Waranty Company Does Not Schedule Appointements

SAN JOSE -- Called on several occasions to schedule a warranty service call for broken springs on a recliner. I had to wait almost a month for the next appointment. They failed to schedule me although they gave me a date and charged my credit card. The second time they claimed I called to reschedule my appointment, when I did not. Then they want to argue with me telling me they verified my call. Although the representative gave two different versions of what happened. My third appointment is 2 weeks away.
I have been jerked around by them for over 2 months. Do not buy a warranty or better yet do not buy from Lazyboy. This is not an honorable business and they do not stand behind their product. Please look all the other bad reviews. I wish I would have known this before buying from them, but never again will Lazyboy get my money!
