AAA Roadside Service - Horrible Customer Service - False Promises Numerous Times!!!!!

WHO KNOWS WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED, MASSACHUSETTS -- This was an unbelievable experience with AAA Roadside Asst. Program.
Sunday 7/14/13 approx. 5:30pm My wife and I were riding my 2007 Harley Davidson Road King - Full size touring motorcycle - My rear tire picked up a nail and we attempted to put air in it to get home - would not hold any air. My wife is a member of AAA for the past 7-10 yrs. she called the AAA office looking for a tow of the bike - her policy did not cover motorcycles - she needed to upgrade policy to RV-ATV etc. for an added $29/30 - she did over the phone with a credit card. The customer service transferred her to another operator after receiving upgrade and sale of new policy. The next person on the line asked the following - and I quote," Don't you have a spare with the bike and can't you use it?"
The last time I checked motorcycles don't come with spares. WTF.
Then customer service said - we don't tow bikes - my wife asked - why did you ask me to upgrade if you don't tow bikes? We then was turned over to the supervisor who said we are all set will have somebody out to you in an hour. We were happy - not - this was suppose to be 7pm arrival time.
We checked back in numerous times and the tow truck showed up at 11:20pm- THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE-A DISGRACE!!!
