Sprint - Terrible service and customer service
iPhone 5/Sprint Customer Service - Complaint
FLINT, MICHIGAN -- This is beyond ridiculous when you read comments from other customers and none, not one of them are positive comments. I just called Sprint customer service and their corporate customer service line as well and neither were helpful in the slightest. I have been having issues with the service for quite some time now and from reading the comments I see I am not the only one. Being that I have been with Sprint for 9 years now and have never really made too many complaints on their awful service you would think they would help me when I want to get rid of this terrible excuse for a phone called the iPhone 5 but no, I have had the phone for 6 months and I have hated it for the whole 6 months, I was even willing to stay with Sprint if they just helped me out and gave me my upgrade back so I could get a different phone but nope they have no solutions for me, a loyal customer that they do not care one bit about. I will be leaving Sprint after 9 loyal years because I have experienced the world's worst customer service for the last time.
I work in customer service myself and would never treat my customers this way because I would like to keep their service. You best believe I will say nothing good about Sprint to others and plan to write many reviews with the hopes that I can save someone from coming to a company that clearly does not care about their customers. Sprint you need to fix these issues before you go belly up and lose all of your loyal customers.
