Sprint Does Not Care About Their Customers
Customer Service - Complaint
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- We have been with Sprint for 2 years. Our contract expires next week. We went to the Sprint store to upgrade and renew our contract as we have been happy with the service. We were informed that we were given some kind of employee discount when we first signed up with Sprint 2 years ago and were told that our service would now be $30 more each month. We were baffled and did not do anything that day. I called the customer service number and was told the same story. I asked if they could work with me on this since we would like to stay with Sprint. He said NO. I am in shock. Whatever happened to customer service? They give you the moon when you sign up, but then expect us to pay $30 more a month to stay with them when we can switch to any other provider for the same monthly amount that Sprint originally gave us.
The representative I spoke to even told me how easy it was to switch providers. I guess I'm naive, but I am really shocked by all of this. We are going to switch to another provider this weekend. I guess you just have to switch providers every two years in order to get good customer service.
