Verizon - They Owe Me Over $300- You Will Be Robbed

ALEXANDRIA, MARYLAND -- Verizon billed me for internet add ons for over a year after I had cancelled the service-- I called them multiple times over several months for a refund for being charged after cancelling. My first call with them was in March- it is now July, STILL haven't received my refund check. EVERYTIME I've called them is a very confused employee saying that I should have gotten my refund- oh, but, it looks like the process never went through. It's been FOUR MONTHS. Everytime I call, it's the same song and dance. How can these companies get away with this legally??
