Repair Service - Horrible Customer Service and No One to Talk To

COLORDO SPRINGS, COLORADO -- I had a repair scheduled for today for 1-5. They never showed up. I called 4 times. The first person hung up on me! The next one said he would call the technician and the tech will call within 20 mins. They did not. The 3rd we got disconnected. The 4th said he would call the technician and get back within 30 mins. Still no call.

Visited the chat room and he called the technician and said he has gone home for the day, they need to reschedule. I agree. Sears does NOT care about their customers. There is no live person I can call.
