Spirit Air - Fraud
Prior to arriving at Myrtle Beach Airport, I checked the flight status of my flight to Boston and it said it was on time. Upon arriving at airport the flight board said flight to Boston was on time. On check in I was told flight was 1 hour delayed..then through word of mouth I learned it was now 2 hours delayed. No e-mail was sent to me and no formal announcement at air port was made. This was fraudulent and poor customer service. Instead of arriving at 12:30 a.m into Boston, I arrived at 2:30 a.m. and as it was so late I needed to cancel my transportation back home. They should have notified me that it was delayed to begin with and then should have made a formal announcement. You get what you pay for.
I will never fly Spirit Air again! I want a voucher for my trip for 210.00 dollars due to the fraud and poor customer service.
