SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- Worst service since I got Direct TV
I hated this company they just BS you around and want money that's all!!! I will always love Time Warner and I'm going back to them because they take care of me as a customer. I just cancelled my services today with this stupid company because they had to send a tech out
3 times in a row to fix an ongoing problem that was NEVER FIXED!!!!! and each time I had to wait 3-4 days before they would even come!! They lie and talk you in to giving you all these credits to the account for the service not being on for the time being and then you have reps calling saying you owe a whole bunch of money!!! I can't stress enough to everyone please do not go to this company for your cable services they just want your money and the packagessuck and if you purchase the protection BS it doesn't help because you still have to wait days before the tech will even get out to your home. The. Reps are rude and can care less about your problems with service and case management sucks!! Their getting paid to NOT HELP YOU!!! their suppose to be the next solution!! Wrong !!! They do NOTHING FOR YOU!! Just wanted to say this company is a joke. Time Warner here I come Direct TV you suck
