Ikea - Terrible Customer Service
Online and Calling In - Complaint
TROY, MICHIGAN -- Bought a product on their website that said it was available online. My credit card was charged. Weeks go by, I have received no confirmation email or product in the mail. I call Ikea customer service. They say the product was never ordered and they will reorder and send to me-no charge because I was already charged.... Week goes by, nothing... No email... No product... I call again. They say they don't know why I was able to order that product (frack mirror) online because it is not available for purchase through their website. Even though it is because I ordered it and they charged my card. So now they say I can't buy it but I was still charged so they will refund me my $16.95. Still waiting to see the refund on my credit card... I am pissed... How is this possible? No one knows what they are doing when you call them. I talk to two different people and they both do two different things and give me two different answers as to why I haven't received my purchase.
Terrible experience and customer service. Will never order from here again... Lets see if I even get my credit or if I will have to call for the third time!!!!
