Dish TV - Customer Service

SEDONA, ARIZONA -- We signed up for Dish TV on a promotional offer where we would get a free iPad. There was a screw up on the paperwork by the installer, a sub contracted company. After 3 weeks of waiting for the iPad we called Dish & they said we had opted out of the iPad deal, albeit accidently thanks to the installer, Dish will not give us the iPad even though our initial contract says we will get one.
Dish basically said tough [snip], you are not getting one.
Their customer service is crap & we are tied into a contract so they don't care because they are getting our money for the next two years.

They don't care once they get your money, crap crap crap!
