Walmart.com - They Don't Stand Behind the Products They Ship

I ordered a Vizo TV from Walmart.com I was excited because it arrived early. As we began to unpack our new TV we were sad to find no remote and no power cord. So we called Walmart.com they rudely told us that we would have to contact the manufacture and order one. If we would have bought it from the store they would have taken care of it immediately for us but since they don't deal with face to face customers they don't care if the product they send isn't complete.
