Walmart.com - They Don't Stand Behind the Products They Ship

I ordered a Vizo TV from Walmart.com I was excited because it arrived early. As we began to unpack our new TV we were sad to find no remote and no power cord. So we called Walmart.com they rudely told us that we would have to contact the manufacture and order one. If we would have bought it from the store they would have taken care of it immediately for us but since they don't deal with face to face customers they don't care if the product they send isn't complete.

I agree with WalMart.com on this one, though I am known for most often siding with consumers.

This is Vizio's fault. WalMart did its job. If you dealt with a brick and mortar store, yes, the store would likely make an exchange to another sealed box. Since this involves obtaining missing items and shipping, it makes sense to get missing parts directly from the manufacturer.

It is Vizio that should care that their product isn't complete.

File a charge back with your credit card company for "not delivered as ordered". Wal-Mart will come to life in a heartbeat to make it right.
