Apple Store - Chinook Centre - Customer Service Tries to Scam Customer

CALGARY,AB -- I had a iPhone to get fixed which took 30 minutes later they offered another phone instead I was willing to upgrade and instead Apple tried to pawn off a locked phone. They wasted 5 hours of my day sending me to the phone provider to get it unlocked who couldn't unlock it. When coming back it became a fight to get my broken phone back and them to take this useless phone back. They tried to get me to sell it to other people obviously selling inferior product they probably weren't supposed to take and had.

After losing 5 hours of work with them leaving me waiting for hours. People in line saw the horrendous customer service and I watched one lady in line with three laptops to buy for her kids put them down and walk out.

After this which was hours ago they have lost 4 cell phone sales and 5 laptops and a couple computers.
