Home Depot Does Not Make Good on Delivery Date!
SEGUIN, TEXAS -- I placed an order through the Home Depot store #8437 on 7/16/13. Half of my order was available for pick up, the other half was to be received today 7/24/13. The store neither has my shipment nor has any knowledge of when it will arrive. I know everything shipped has a tracking number, I don't see how they have no idea where it is at this time nor when it will be expected to arrive. This is unacceptable.
I have a contractor who has half my floor done and charges me every day he has to drive into town only to turn around because he cannot finish the project. I have an inspector who will not be passing my home to open up for business because my floor is not complete. I am losing money by the day and feel as though Home Depot does not care because they have already cashed my check.
It is very upsetting to know the amount of money I spent at Home depot along with the other expenses I will incur. I could have gone to a big name floor company and not only received the product the same day but also have a finished floor since last week.
