Whirlpool Has Terrible Customer Service
Refrigerator - Complaint
WORLDWIDE, KENTUCKY -- New refrigerator, 11 months in use, one month remaining on warranty with Whirlpool, stops freezing and inadequate cooling. Air circulation vents not blocked, exterior vents clean as a whistle, have lightning surge protection on it. Unplugged, unstocked it, let unit sit for several hours, restocked. Still not working. Called Whirlpool customer service. I live just 10 miles outside a major city, but it is going to take FIVE days for Whirlpool to send a technician to fix the refrigerator - they have to order a part (for a new refrig., still under warranty, it takes this long??). Ridiculous.
Asked for other options. None. Callous, pathetic response to so-called customer service, and pathetic quality of work. No more Whirlpools for my family.
