Silk Specialties.com Complaint - Return policies
On line purchase, on-line purchase confirmation and on-line shipment confirmation pages did not list or show click-on button pointing to return policies.
Shipment prices were firm, no other types of shipment options given. They don't tell you how it is being shipped. Initially they say 10d-3 weeks, then after purchase confirmation, they tell you 2-3 days. So they use most expensive shipper in the country.
They only give you 10 days to make a decision, but then of course, since no return policy was showing, a customer doesn't know that until it's too late.
I returned my bouquet[about the first of December 2005] right after my daughter was able to view it and made the decision not to use it in her 12/2006 wedding.
The company refuses to return my money, but willing to return the bouquet.
What am I going to do with a $65.94 rose bouquet when I need the money more!?
I should have know something was up, when the company phone number was located in one state and the company address was in another state.
