Cable and Internet - Complaint
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- There behavior is truly borderline criminal. They bill you for items you never "rented" or "bought" from them. We bought our own modem and have been billed for theirs when we never even asked or received one from them. It takes hours to get a person on the phone and it will be off one month and reappear the next month.
We have scheduled numerous appointments with technicians, taking time off work only to have them never show. They call the next day and tell us they called to tell us (no message left) it will be another 3 weeks.
Drop the cable because they keep removing channels without warning and than they take the internet from $20 to nearly $80!!!
