SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- My new 2012 Ford Edge Limited has shown it limitations. I was a Ford advocate until my recent experience with this car. The "touch screen" had a glitch in it were in would just shut down not allowing Bluetooth, radio or navigation to be used. After 2 visits to the dealership on 8:00am Sat. mornings for the same issue the last visit I was told they could not reboot the system to make it work. And there was some update "the engineers are working out, but is not due out until August! I have been with a radio, navigation, back up camera, phone or climate controls since late June. The dealership service department tells me they will let me know when they have created the update that will allow the vehicles Sync System to work?
I will Never purchase another Ford product, and am extremely disappointed in the way Ford has handled this problem.
