Sears Customer Service Phone - Complaint
FREEHOLD, NEW JERSEY -- I bought a dryer and the parts they said I would need. They came today and didn't connect the vent. They said it was too small and to call. I called customer service, they transferred me to delivery, started to explain, they hung up. I called back, same thing, explained what happened, on hold for 15 minutes, representative saying nothing, I asked what she was doing, she hung up. I called back, representative said I need to order a part and pay another $70.00, then said she has to transfer me to delivery, he said no, it is parts. Now 45 minutes, I called back, the man on the phone said the vent stretched. THE DELIVERY MAN DIDN'T STRETCH THE VENT. He transferred me to delivery. Now hour and half. Delivery transferred me to parts(WHY) rude lady said I have to do it myself, no I paid for installation, puts me on hold another 20 minutes, transfers me to supervisor, had to explain he didn't stretch it. Ahh two hours later, some coming AGAIN. WHOLE DAY WASTED. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR ALMOST THREE HOURS...HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. SEARS IS AWFUL.
