Hertz Won't Budge on Being Late

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Arrived at the time I was supposed to to pick up car, but stood in line for an hour at the desk. Upon seeing that our flight was delayed 4 hours I called Hertz customer service and told them I was going to be an hour late (this is 1 a.m.). They said no problem, but when I arrived the man at the desk charged us $19.95 for being an hour late. I told him what customer service said and he basically said "too bad". So, I wasn't allowed to drive the car for one hour while waiting in line and didn't get a credit, but was charged for being an hour late. Oh well, there are many rental car companies out there.
