Wal-mart - Good Pricing? Roll-Backs? Not as Advertised.
Pet Dept. - Complaint
COCKEYSVILLE, MARYLAND -- July 25, 2013. They advertised small pet toys $2.97 and large $4.97. When I looked at my receipt, they had $4.97. I went back and spoke to CSM, who told me he would fix it. I got a refund. Next day I went back for tuna and hoped the toys would be corrected. The toys were still marked $4.97 for small. To me this is like stealing, I brought to their attention and they did not bother. I spoke to asst. manager that was nice. I told him the toys should be taken off the floor, until price is corrected. The manager agreed.
In the meantime, I saw the CSM who told me he was going to taken care of it. I told him that he lied to me, he he said I don't have time, evidently he has time to charge more than the product is advertised. Then an associate chimed in, and said he does not have time. I asked...why would he tell me he is going to take care of it?? Every person that buys those toys is being cheated out of $2.00. The box of toys is huge. What are they doing with the extra money. Two associate were wonderful, they got me a real manager, who was very sweet.
Wal-Mart has low..low prices and some low, low people. What a upsetting day.
