UPS - Can't Delivery on-Time or Back-Up Their "Guarantee"

SANTA CRUZ, CALIFORNIA -- This company is not capable of backing their "guarantee" of delivery and take no accountability for their mistakes. I paid for express delivery and was assured that it would be delivered Friday 7/26. Of course delivery time comes and goes with no word what-so-ever from the company to inform me of the delay. Then, when I call around 9pm (2 hours after their predicted "deliver by" time") I'm assured the driver is not allowed to go home without all the packages on the truck being delivered (my package was placed on the truck for delivery at 8:15am).
More than 9 hours after my package was loaded I'm being told they have no idea where my package or their driver is but to keep an eye out because it will be delivered. So, imagine my surprise (and extreme irritation) when I call at midnight, after still not receiving my package, to be told that it has been rescheduled for... Monday. That's right, despite their "guarantee" they can't even deliver today after they made the mistake or explain why I didn't received my delivery. Now, I have to wait until Monday because my package is at their one location that is closed on Saturdays; they couldn't even leave it at a location that's open for me to pick up. Their customer service is only able to offer me hallow apologies and a refund on the shipping cost AFTER I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE!
