Grasshopper Mower Co. Complaint - Grasshopper Mower- Service after Sale absolutely deplorable
MOUNDRIGE, KANSAS -- For 15 months I have treis to resolve this issue.After they were paid $ 10.900.- they no longer cared what happened. The machine fell apart,literally in several pieces after 2 months of use.It took 4 months for them to authorize a delaer to try to repair.Their authorized dealer
did not repair it properlyand never advised of the status. 3months later i went to check with the outcome that i have had a machine sitting in my garage since Jan 2005 that I cannot use.We have called and called and emailed and an attorney wroye a ltter which was ignored as well.
This has been a nightmare and all they do is pass the buck, from the dealership we bought it from to the repairshops,back to marketing, back to dealer etc,etc.He said she said everybody said and on and on.Last word was they would not authorize another repair or give us money back.
Locally the word is that their service "stinks"
