IKEA - Damaged Delivery Attempt, Still Fighting After Six Months!

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS -- I ordered over 4K in furniture to remodel professional office. They tried to deliver damaged boxes. If I had not said something they would have delivered boxes that were obviously broken open. They promised redelivery four separate times and didn't ever show up. They demanded pictures of product I didn't accept so I was unable to provide them with. I was told a supervisor would "call me back" and after six months I have failed to get ONE single call.
I cancelled the payment to my card and they forged a signature to the credit card company that isn't even mine. I am in the process of a law suit to get refunded for a purchase that was not delivered, has not been refunded and has been unprofessional in their responsibility for honoring the delivery I paid extra for.
