PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- I ordered a oven over a month ago, I was told it would take two weeks to be delivered. When it was finally delivered I was told by the installation team that they could not install the oven due to plumbing issues. I quickly did as they told me and had a plumber come out and fix the problem.
I called the customer service to have the installation team come back out. I was told it would take another two weeks. On the day of my appointment they arrived 5 hours late. They spoke broken English and were not in the loop of what I was told by the other team. They said they still could not install the oven, even though I did everything I was told.
Now a month later I have two non-functioning ovens in my kitchen, and all the customer service said that they could do was refund my installation fee.
