PT. HURON, MICHIGAN -- Promised and quoted a 2 year contract price. They Just keep increasing the bill. It is now 40.00 more every month than promised. Can't wait until next year to see what it is then.
Customer Service is very rude and dismiss your questions about the bill. I have several confirmation numbers quoting the original price, but they mean nothing when you quote them to the customer service people. Don't expect Dish to be as friendly as Comcast. I can hardly wait to switch to another service.
The customer is always wrong at this place. The first sales person will tell you anything for the sale, you may get the quoted price for 1 month. Forget it if they are allowed to charge your CC. That's a real surprise.
