4 Different Ones - Complaint
B -- Someone accidentally paid my account with their credit card. I guess they put in the wrong phone number. When they realized it, they had the charge reversed. NO problem what they should have done, but they suspended my account for fraudulent activity. Was this my fault??? Did the other person get their money back? Yes, then why am I being labeled as fraud for $30.00.
Five hours of phone conversations later, I have decided to throw my Virgin Mobile phone in the trash..oh the previous phone I had broke, so I put in a claim that I pay $5.00 a month for. I paid 50.00 for phone,my co-payment for the insurance to replace my ^50.00 phone was $65.00. Can you say JOKE? Walk away walk fast.
