Magellans - Horrible Customer Service

MELBOURNE, FLORIDA -- I ordered items from Magellans on July 18th. Several days later, I finally received confirmation that the order was being 'processed'. On July 30th, having received no confirmation that the order was being shipped, I called their 'toll free' number to inquire about my order. After 3 attempts I got through to an agent that was very unapologetic for the order delay and said a letter had been sent to my house to verify the address. If they were uncertain of the address, then why send the letter when they could have just called. When I requested that the order be cancelled, they said, 'ok' and said a letter of cancellation would be sent. This is laughable since I did not receive their first letter. This is the worst customer service I had experienced from any online retailer ever!
