Proflowers.com - Dead Flowers Delivered
Gift - Complaint
I received a gift bouquet on a warm Nevada afternoon. Clearly, the flowers had been sitting in a hot car because they were cooked out of the box. I followed the instructions for reviving the flowers and they did not resurrect.
I wrote an email to Proflowers telling them of the delivery and never got the courtesy of a response. I have bought from them in the past and never will again. When you send a gift, you never know how it will be when received. Proflowers gets by with this because the recipients don't want to make the sender feel bad about sending dead flowers even though it was not their intent
Buyer beware - Proflowers is NOT a good company. I can understand a bad delivery happens. Ignoring the complaint sends the message that they don't care.
