Enterprise - Stranded Without a Car
Rental - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I've spent $1200 with Enterprise so far this year and reserved a car for a month long rental, car is in the shop waiting on a backordered part. When I went to pick up my car at 5:30 on a Friday, they didn't have any cars, nor did they bother to call me and let me know that they were out of cars so I could try to find one elsewhere. I was upset, left, called them about 10 minutes later and let them know I wanted them to try to get me a car from another location 2 miles away. I was put on hold and then hung up on, leaving me stranded in downtown Houston.
