GRAFTON, OHIO -- They changed their website on 7/29/2013. now you can't access statements or see any bill payment history. I also lost all my reoccurring payments. I essentially now have a useless blank page. Since I have to start all over I'm moving all my accounts to another bank that hopefully won't lose all my data. A warning that all financial history would be lost would have been helpful. At this point I have no idea what payments or debits have occurred in July. I will have to request paper statements. Lastly they changed everyones access password to be 2/3 rds of their social security number which I didn't even know was legal.

Is it possible that it's just going to take a couple days to fully migrate everything to the new site?

spoke to the bank Sat. the new company has no intentions of restoring data. Thier system was incompatible so they elected to dump everything from FPB. would have been nice to get a warning. Moving My accounts to another bank.
