Terrible Customer Service at Allegiant airlines
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I purchased a flex ticket from Allegiant airlines for my Daughter and Grand Daughter to fly on Allegiant Airlines on April 17, 2013. On April 15, 2013 I was told by my Daughter that they could not make the trip. I attempted to cancel the ticket on April 15th and 16th with Allegiant by computer and telephone but they were changing their phone system on these dates and I could not get through to them and all I was getting was a busy signal for two days. The ticket required that I cancel the flight 24 hours in advance. Because of their faulty phone system on these two dates that prevented me from cancelling the flight, they would not give me a credit although the admitted that they were changing their phone system on these two dates.
I going to take them to small claims court to get my money back. This was my first experience with Allegiant and my last!!!
