Tracking/Live Chat - Complaint
So I'm waiting on a package to be delivered (international delivery) from the US and I just checked the tracking page to see where my package is and it says there is an incomplete address. Funny, I just a package using that same address on Monday, from UPS no less. Worse yet, I check the page at 4pm and it says that at 9:25am they were attempting to obtain the correct address. I wonder why then at 3pm when I checked the tracking there still wasn't an entry!!!
So I talk to Live chat and the supervisor and I'm told they can't do anything because I'm not in the US. The supervisor tells me to email the local UPS office which I attempted to do, but there isn't an InfoNotice number, so I can't email and the local phone number is disconnected.
Man, save yourself the headache, time and money, ditch UPS where they should be, the trash, and use FedEx.
