COLUMBUS, OHIO -- When my husband and I bought our wedding sets we also purchased Extended Service Plans (ESP) in June of 2010. Since that time I have been very good about getting them checked per the requirements of the warranty.
I have also sent out my engagement ring with an enhancer to be serviced and re rhodiumed with no problem. I have sent them out a total of 6 times without any sales associate noticing that I did not have an ESP on the enhancer.
Now it is past the 1 year deadline to purchase an additional ESP so if I ever want to get the other half of my wedding set rhodiumed, I have to pay. How embarrassing to walk around with half a shiny wedding set!!
Poor training of staff from JB Robinsons, I sure won't trust them again!!
