IHOP - Worst Customer Service Ever!!!
Food - Complaint
BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA -- When my family got inside, Rachel sat us down in the corner and told us that she would be our server and asked if she could start us off with a drink. We placed our drink order and Rachel brought those out to us very quickly but did not give us straws or offer any either. She asked if we were ready to order but my son-in-law and I were not ready so Rachel said that she would be back in a minute. Rachel never came back to our table to take our order. We waited for about 15 minutes to have our order taken before leaving. Rachel told the other waitress that she had forgotten about us but I knew that was a lie because two booths down there was a family of a different race and she made sure to wait on them and plus while she was standing by the hand sanitizer she looked right in my face. I watched Rachel take their drink order and bring them their drinks and then come back and take their food order in less than 5 minutes. The manager was told by the other waitress about what was going on but the manager never came out to apologize about what was going on.
We left and I ended up spending the same amount if money that I would have spent there especially since my daughter is pregnant, I spent that $70.00 some where else. I received excellent customer service elsewhere. Just because we are not of he same race did not mean that we did not deserve excellent customer service.
