Travelocity - Hotel Said Payment Was Denied

Booked the room got a confirmation. When we arrived the hotel said the payment was denied. Travelocity said it was a mistake. Had to pay again anyway and both payments have now come out of my account. Called Travelocity for a refund and was told 48 hours... WHY? You processed my payment in minutes!!! Still waiting for a refund after 4 days! Will NEVER use them again.
