Recliner - Complaint
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA -- 80 yr old mother got great service when purchasing her recliner in Jan 2013. When it began to squeak and wobble in April, she was given info to contact repairman and told she would have to pay for him to examine chair, and transportation of chair to and from shop. A chair just a few months old should be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Read the warranty on their furniture; it's horrible.
