Vongage - Extremely Poor Customer Service

Just had Vonage system installed, still waiting for it to charge. Had a question for technical support because my wi-fi on internet failed as soon as I hooked up Vonage through router. I called 4 times with tech support in the Philippines. They kept hanging up on me!! Maybe because they couldn't help me out not sure. How rude. After the 5th try I got someone from U.S.. (New Jersey) someone from Jersey of all places. He helped me out without hanging up. The problem was resolved by me rebooting my laptop. Found out that when you're connecting your Vonage system to the router one must turn off devices linked to the router first if that makes me any sense. Well it worked. The customer service technical support personnel in the Philippines needs to get remedial customer service etiquette classes taken again or fired.

I'm sure other Philipinos would be happy to work in their place. I still have my old provider. Good thing because I think I may not be happy with Vonage.
