Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Overcharged My Credit Card, Ignored Phone Calls and Emails.
SAINT CLOUD, MINNESOTA -- I rented a car for Saturday. I signed an agreement for a one-day rental. The location is closed on Sunday. I was told I could drop the car off when the location was closed and still be charged only a one-day rental. I dropped the car off Saturday night. I was charged for two full days. I called twice, and was told only a manager could issue a refund and that the manager was unavailable. I emailed the manager directly and received no response. I am no disputing the charge via my credit card company.
This location is either incompetent or dishonest; either way, I would avoid renting from them.
