TMobile's Website - Website Never Works - Always "Down for Maintenance"
Billing (Attempted) - Complaint
DUNNO, CALIFORNIA -- I had a credit card expire, so I needed to update my information on their site so that auto billing continues without interruption. This is the 2nd month in a row that the site has not been active and shows "We're sorry. The site is under maintenance. Please check back later." When I check back later, the same thing....for DAYS.
What kind of business is this? Can't get their website/billing together for their customers to automate? And, of course, there's no online information provided to contact them. Please hire a bunch of 8 year olds to re-design your site. Disgusted....
