Fidelity National Home Warranty - No Air 105 Degrees

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Our air conditioning went out on Friday 7-26 and of course we had to wait four days for an appointment. When technician arrived he replaced a relay box and of course one hour after it went out. So the next day same technician came out just to inform us the motor needed replaced.

So then, the next day they sent another tech out for second opinion and he discovered the same problem. They then sent out another company two days later and of course he said the same thing. It is disgusting that we had to wait 8 days in 105 degree temp for them to authorize and understand that the motor needed replaced. I have an 86 year old grandmother and a sister who is suffering from a stage 4 terminal illness.
