Charter - Horrible Customer Service and Lies about Price Bundles and Contracts
TV/Internet/Phone - Complaint
OXFORD, GEORGIA -- They informed me they could remove some movie channels off my bill to save me money. 3 Months later extra charges have not been removed and they tell me they can't remove them because of some Automatic Contract Renewal that I did Not sign was filled out without my permission. This company has Horrible internet that drops all the time, Phone cuts out, and TV lags. They have spent 3 months trying to fix it and I had to fight them to get a credit for the 2 months I didn't work and now they tell me they can't remove extra things added to my bill without my permission. I will never use them again and Suggest no one else use them as well. on a Scale of 1-10 for service and Customer service I give them a -1.
