BRUNSWICK, OHIO -- I called Mr. Tire (formerly Enger Tire) in Brunswick, Ohio for a quote for a front-end alignment. I was told $74.95. I then called several other shops including Firestone, RadAir, Parma Tire, SuperLube and several others. They were all similar in price. Then I went on the Mr. Tire website and noticed a 20% off coupon, so I decided to go there. I gave them the 20% off coupon at the time that I dropped off the car. When I went to pick up the car, the price was $79.86. I asked why I did not get the 20% off. They said that was the discounted price, that the original price was $94.99!!! This coupon is a total trick to get you to come to their shop. They said they are instructed by corporate to quote the coupon price when you call, but they don't tell you that. So what I am saying is that they are deceptive and sneaky and I wouldn't trust them. After I complained about the price, then they said I had premature wear on the tires and the alignment probably wouldn't work anyway. Beware of this company.

Don't EVER go to RadAir in Parma for anything. They charge way more than others...but, hey...you do get a small complimentary bag of Famous Amos' chocolate chip cookies....
