QUINCY, MASSACHUSETTS -- A phone you should stay away from, and it's carrier, T-Mobile.
The keyboard failed within 10 months, still in warranty but was charged $25 for exchange.

I mailed it back with their prelabled package, and was told today when they received the phone, its screen was broken too and wants to bill me $125 extra. I called their 800 #, they want me to argue with UPS, why should I do that, I did not choose UPS, T-Mobile did and I did follow all of their instructions on the packing and returned the phone.

T-Mobile is blackmailing me and trying to make money on and exchange malfunctioned device. I just filed my complaint with BBB. I will switch carriers as soon as my contract ends.

BTW, BB 9900 has a really bad camera, you can never get a clear close up shot when you want to photo a business card or brochure in a conference or business show.
