Geek Squad - Complaint
GRESHAM, OREGON -- Bought a Toshiba laptop in November by March in repair for a full hard drive replacement. Took three weeks to get it back. Now at end of July same error message took it back in wanting to return it for in-store credit. I had bought all the warranty and repair. I was told by the Geek Squad manager "there is no guarantee that when you buy a computer that it will work". Really I have run an engineering firm for 15 years and have purchased over 100 computers in that time and all of them have lasted more than this laptop!
So it is in repair and we get to wait for it to break a third time before they will replace it. The manager was extremely rude, obviously did not want to deal with us and basically forgot that customer service is about the customer.
Never again Best Buy.
